Return and Exchange

We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for purchases made from petitpont.ca. Petit Pont does not issue full refunds for any merchandise.

Returns or Exchanges may be done within 14 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Petit Pont will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided, No Refunds. All sale items, Jellycat product, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. Petit Pont does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered in tact, unworn and in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached). If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply.

When the product has been shipped back and received by us, a store credit code will be issued to you via email. Head back to our Online store, and start shopping! Apply your store credit at check out to your new order.

**Online credit issued from purchases on www.petitpont.ca is only valid for use on this website. Credits are non-transferable towards use at store locations.

Once your exchange has been approved, a store credit card will be given to you. Our store-credit never expires and the cards can be used at our store anytime. Credit issued at store is not valid for use on www.petitpont.ca.

*Store credit can only be honoured if you have your store credit card. Please treat your card like cash. Petit Pont will not replace any lost/stolen store credit cards.

If you have chosen to exchange your item for another item in-store, you will either have to pay the difference, or will be issued a credit for the difference.
